The Simmons Cross Country team will hold its first practice on Wednesday, August 28th from 2:45pm – 4:15pm in Mr. Mueller’s Room (440).  Team practices will be held Monday – Thursday from 2:45 – 4:15pm. 

Registrations packets are available for pick-up in Mr. Mueller’s Room (440) and in the main office.

Students should wear shorts, t-shirt and running shoes.  Don’t forget to bring a water bottle!  Come ready to run and have some fun!  No experience necessary.  No tryouts – everyone makes the team!
