Letter from the PrincipalCarta del Director

Holland, Lauren

Dear Brady Families,

It is with great pride and excitement that I write this letter of introduction to you as the newly appointed Principal of Brady Elementary School. I am honored to have the opportunity to continue to serve the students and families of Brady. I am looking forward to working with the dedicated staff to provide the best possible educational program for our students. I have been dedicated to the field of education for more than 21 years. I have worked with a variety of students’ ranging in age from Kindergarten through college. As a mother of four children, I believe it is important for us to work together to ensure your children reach their full potential.

Before becoming principal of Brady Elementary School, I served as Brady’s Assistant Principal for three years. I began my career in East Aurora School District as an assistant principal of Bardwell Elementary School. Previously to joining East Aurora School District, I was an assistant professor at the University of St. Francis in Joliet. There I taught classes for individuals interested in working with students who receive special education services. My teaching experiences includes three years of teaching third grade, two years teaching special education at the elementary school level, and teaching special education at the middle school level for three years.

As your Principal, it is important to me that everyone who steps through our doors- teachers, students, and parents- are excited to be here! This attitude enables us to meet the challenges of academic excellence in a positive, fun, and nurturing environment. My door is always open and I welcome your input. Please free to call or email me to discuss any concerns you might have throughout the school year.

I look forward to working with you as a team to help each student at Brady Elementary School meet their goals and have a successful year!

Respectfully,

Ms. Lauren Holland
